Autocode allows you to run your endpoints on a recurring schedule using the
Scheduler — for example, you could set an endpoint to run every Thursday at noon PST.
To set this up, navigate to your App Management dashboard,
start a new project or open an existing project. From the IDE, hover over
the plus sign on the top of the IDE and select New endpoint.
Then, click on the button on the top of the editor to select the frequency of the
the scheduler and set additional options (if any).
The available scheduler options are:
Once a minute
Once an hour
Once a day
Once a week
Once a month
function and that will run on the interval you select.
Once you save your file, you'll notice the left sidebar showing the file
structure of the project. There you'll see that the file is stored
When you're ready to schedule the task, simply save your endpoint! It'll be live
You can test your code directly from the Autocode IDE and before deploying and
waiting for the scheduled task to run on its interval. After adding the code you'd
like to run, click on the Run button on the bottom right corner of
the IDE. That will bring up a window from the side and start executing your code,
showing you any logs or errors you may have.
